To keep every appointment running smoothly and ensure the best results, please review the policies below before booking.
Appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Fill out the client record and consent form prior to service to save time. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours forfeit the deposit.
A 15-minute grace period is offered. Arrivals beyond that may need to be rescheduled and may forfeit the deposit.
To qualify for a fill, you must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining. Otherwise a full set is required.
Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Excessive makeup, oils, or residue may require additional cleaning time and may affect service quality.
Clients are responsible for informing Ananya Beauty House of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to service. While every effort is made to provide safe and professional services, individual reactions can occur.
Lash retention varies based on natural lash growth cycles, aftercare, lifestyle, and client compliance with maintenance recommendations. Individual results cannot be guaranteed.
Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are not provided. If you experience an issue with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and address your concerns.
